Accelerating Technology Adoption in Healthcare
On-line Registration Now Open!
Technology growth continues at an unprecedented rate but the adoption of new devices and their accompanying process/workflow changes within the healthcare community are lagging. With a rapidly growing aging population, and a surge in the incidence of chronic diseases (obesity, diabetes, heart disease, etc.), solving the adoption issue is a key element in addressing our global healthcare crisis.
This symposium will:
• Provide an opportunity to explore the challenges for adoption of new healthcare technologies
• Feature a distinguished list of speakers providing regional, national and international perspectives for technology producers, healthcare providers and policy developers
DATE: November 3, 2011
8 am - 4 pm: Symposium
4 pm - 6 pm: Reception & Technology Showcase
LOCATION: The MATRIX Hotel, 10640 100 Avenue NW, Edmonton, CA
Bus transportation will be provided from Calgary and Red Deer. Pickup locations in both cities will be announced.
